The Stepmum Sessions is a small-group, eight-week online programme for childfree stepmums who want space to reflect, connect and build a stepmum role that works better for them.

What we’ll explore

Each session focuses on a common block in stepfamily life:

  • Approaches to stepparenting. Finding a way into the role that actually fits you.

  • Boundaries that work. Setting limits that protect your wellbeing and strengthen your relationships.

  • Resentment and guilt. Making sense of the feelings that build up - and how to move through them.

  • Communication. Speaking up clearly, being heard, and working together as a couple.

  • Your relationship. Staying connected through the pressure points of stepfamily life.

  • Navigating the ex. Handling contact and influence across households in healthy, respectful ways.

  • Reclaiming space for you. Coming back to your identity, time, and needs.

  • Stepmum identity. Bringing it all together and making sense of your role in a way that feels more defined, more grounded and more yours.
